Vistempo is a focus timer for people who don't feel time passing. Time stays visible while it runs, starting costs no decision, and your records stay on your devices and, when enabled, in your iCloud account.
No Vistempo account, developer server, ads or tracking.
Time in sight, while it passes
On iPhone, a disc empties as the session runs: what's left is a shape, not a number you have to convert. On Mac, the countdown sits in the menu bar next to the clock, and a quiet frame around the screen shifts colour as the end approaches. You don't have to open anything to know how much is left.
With the screen locked, iPhone keeps counting in the Live Activity, and the alarm at the end rings even on silent.
Starting costs no decision
The start screen shows what you need in order to begin, and nothing else: the day, the category, where you left off last time, and a duration. One button. Anything optional that costs typing waits behind "Adjust session", and only shows up if you go looking for it.

Pick up where you left off
When a session ends, Vistempo asks where you stopped. One sentence, if you feel like writing it; skipping is a single tap. Next time, that sentence is waiting on the start screen, under the right category — so getting going again no longer depends on remembering.
How long things actually take
You agree on a duration; Vistempo keeps what happened. After a few sessions it shows how many ended early, how many landed on target and how many ran past it, with the average ratio between what you planned and what it took. It describes, it doesn't grade: nothing here says whether you did well.
Two or four weeks turn into a PDF you can bring to an appointment, if that makes sense for you. There's a page about that, written for the person you see.
Progress that stays
Time rings per category, weekly goals you set yourself, and a day streak that is forgiving: one rest day a week, and today stays pending until midnight. The app doesn't notify you about anything that wouldn't change a decision of yours.
Your records, on your devices and in your iCloud
Sessions live in plain text files on your device and, with iCloud Drive enabled, in your Apple account. Nearby devices exchange encrypted messages over the local network and Bluetooth. The private iCloud channel can also sync session state and your lists through CloudKit. The developer receives no copy of your history and cannot read this private iCloud data. Apple services operate under their own terms and privacy policy.

Do I need an account?
No. Vistempo has no account or login of its own. iCloud sync uses your Apple account.
Does it work offline?
Yes. The timer, history and report generation work on the device. iCloud Drive, CloudKit and purchases need internet access. Nearby devices can also sync over the local network and Bluetooth, according to your permissions and settings.
Do Mac and iPhone show the same session?
Yes. Starting on one and ending on the other works, including with iPhone locked. Each device writes its own file, and reading is the union of both.
Is Vistempo a health app?
No. It's a timer. It doesn't diagnose, doesn't treat and doesn't measure attention. The numbers describe the use of a stopwatch, and they exist so you can talk about your routine — with yourself, or with a practitioner.
What does it cost?
The timer is free: the whole session, the categories, the notes, the sync between devices and the recent history cost nothing. Vistempo Pro is a subscription, monthly or yearly, that opens the analysis and the progression — report, weekly review, calibration, goals, rings, streak, achievements and the full history. It can start with a free trial, which turns into a charge if you do not cancel before it ends. The price appears on the app's screen, in your own currency, before any purchase. Apple charges and Apple refunds, and cancelling is done in your Apple Account settings. Going back to the free plan erases nothing: the history stays written in full, you are just shown less of it.
How do I delete everything?
Stop sync on every device, then remove local app data, the folders used by the app, and Vistempo documents and data in iCloud storage. Remove saved copies and exported files separately. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription. See the privacy policy for details.
