Vistempo

Support

Write. You'll get me.

Vistempo is made by one person, and so is support. There's no form, no queue and no ticket number: it's an email that lands directly with the person who wrote the app.

I usually reply within a few days. If you write and hear nothing in a week, write again: the email probably got lost.

What helps solve it faster

Which device (iPhone or Mac), the system version, the Vistempo version (in Settings) and what you expected to happen. If the trouble is between Mac and iPhone, describe what each screen showed and whether the devices were on the same network. A screenshot can help; check what it shows before sending it.

What comes up first

iPhone and Mac aren't showing the same session.

Open the app once on both devices. iOS suspends apps, and the bridge between the two only comes back when someone opens the screen. Also check that Bluetooth is on for both and that they're on the same network.

The alarm at the end didn't ring.

The iPhone timer uses the system alarm, which needs the Alarms permission. If it was denied, Vistempo falls back to an ordinary notification, which respects the device's silent switch.

The widget is only inviting me to open the app.

That's what it does before it has the day's data. Open Vistempo once and go back to the home screen.

Where is my data?

CSV and JSON files live in the folder shown in Settings, on your device or in your iCloud Drive. With the private iCloud channel enabled, session state and your lists also live in your Apple account’s CloudKit storage. The developer does not receive or have access to this private data. Details in the privacy policy.

I want to delete everything.

Stop sync on every device, then remove local app data, the folders used by the app, and Vistempo documents and data in iCloud storage. Remove saved copies and exported files separately. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription. See the privacy policy for details.

Suggestions and bugs

Same address. Tell me what you were trying to do when it went wrong; that's more useful than the name of the button.
