One page, A4, to leave in the waiting room or hand over in person. It speaks to the person who will use the app: what Vistempo does, where their records are stored, and how to generate the PDF to bring to the next conversation. There is a blank line for you to write your own name by hand.

Print this page from your browser. Only the block below goes on paper; the rest of this screen stays off it. There is nothing to fill in beforehand, and nothing that identifies you or your practice — except what you write on the blank line.

Vistempo
The time you put on the clock
Vistempo is a timer for Mac and iPhone. You pick how long you want to focus, it counts, it warns you when the end is near, and it keeps what happened: when you started, the duration you agreed on, and the moment the session was closed.
Your records live on your devices and in your iCloud. There is no Vistempo account, advertising or tracking. The developer does not receive your history or access your private iCloud data. You can copy your files; storage and deletion details are at vistempo.com/privacy.
If you want to bring a record to your next conversation
Vistempo Pro builds, on your device, a PDF report covering your last few weeks: focus time per day and per week, time of day, categories, how long you planned and how long it actually took, and how the sessions ended. It is your own record, with the dates attached. It is not an exam and it diagnoses nothing.
- Open Vistempo and go to the dashboard. On the Mac, to the Report section.
- Pick the period: 2 or 4 weeks.
- If you want, type your name. It appears at the top of the page, and the field is optional.
- Tap Generate PDF.
- Tap Share the report and send it however you like — or save the file and print it.
The notes you write at the end of a session do not go into the PDF, nor does the intention you typed, nor the names of the apps that were open. The PDF contains time summaries, categories and marked dates.
You decide whether to hand it over, and to whom. Vistempo receives no copy, has no server, and never learns that the conversation happened.
One last thing
This is not homework. If a day does not work out, there is nothing to make up and nothing is lost. A two-week record with only a few days marked describes your two weeks just as well as a full one.
